Job Responsibilities:

Pond is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our award-winning Defense team at Pond. The chosen candidate will be responsible for assisting the project managers with generating, organizing, coordinating, monitoring and administering documents and tasks for successful project execution. Essential Duties and Responsibilities for this position: -Assembles projects and technical documents as directed by directors, project managers, and engineers/architects. -Assists with the coordination of the administrative support required for overall project production. -Assists with the coordination of the administrative support required for overall project execution, such as: -Creating internal and external meeting agendas -Creating meeting minutes -Assisting in the creation of design schedules, project work plans, etc. -Documenting/archiving project information. -Assists administrative support staff with support and training needs to complete overall project production. -Develops and maintains strong external/internal client relationships. -Assists project managers in project close-out. -Tracks multiple construction administration services projects simultaneously. -Participate in project kick off meetings and make recommendations for tracking construction administrative services. -Makes liaison among project managers, program managers, clients, subcontractors, and submittal reviewers. -Must be able to work after typical hours as project requirements and company needs dictate. -Develops and maintains positive customer and client relationships to foster repeat business. -Updates and maintains body of knowledge related to training, degree or job responsibilities. -Completes assigned duties correctly, on time and as directed. -Adheres to company policies and procedures. -Utilizes advanced word processing skills using MS Office, and other software packages as needed. Job Qualifications:

Two or more years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency in MS Office, Internet Explorer, Adobe Acrobat, and Newforma preferred. Excellent technical writing and communication skills
