Job Responsibilities:

We are currently in need of an experienced Project Manager that has DoD and/or commercial fuels experience to join our growing, award winning, Atlanta Program group, located in our Atlanta corporate office. Responsible for bidding, planning, organizing, coordinating, monitoring, managing and administering the work to successfully complete the requirements of each project on time, within budget and in accordance with the company’s quality and safety standards. Develops strong client relationships to facilitate successful, timely, profitable projects and repeat business.

Job Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • This position will have supervisory responsibilities. The individual must mentor subordinate staff, develop performance reviews and establish goals similar to responsibilities of a Program Manager.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) from a four-year college or university; and four or more years related experience; or five to ten years of post-secondary education/military service and experience in the DoD/Civilian fuels environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Project and/or other software programs applicable to job type.
  • All employees are expected to conduct business in an ethical manner and refrain from dishonest or unethical conduct. Employees shall act in a manner which represents their integrity, impartiality and the best interests of the company and its customers. 
  • Occasional attendance at meetings and other off-site events requires the ability to provide reliable transportation and maintain a current, valid driver’s license and proof of insurance. Position may require occasional travel to domestic or foreign locations. Employee must be able to travel freely on a passport or other official document. Employee must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC). Access to federal installations or other secure facilities may require security badges and employee must be able to obtain basic security clearances.
  • Demonstrated experience completing Military and Commercial fuel system design, startup and commissioning of facility improvements
  • Demonstrated experience in the preparation construction specifications and drawings for Military and Commercial applications
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • A valid driver's license is required
  • A valid passport is required
  • Ability to work on US military bases is required
  • Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as required
