Job Responsibilities:

We are currently in need of an experienced Receptionist/Project Administrator to join our award-winning team located in our Peachtree Corners Office.
We have a number of exciting projects in house serving clients in the municipal, military and higher education segments. Our administrative support team dedicate themselves to providing service and support to all our associates from greeting guests and taking calls to putting together proposals and presentations. Our administrative professionals devote themselves to excellence in internal and external customer service.

Job Qualifications:

Greets all visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Answers all incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner, transfers callers to proper staff and takes messages as needed. Performs word processing and spread sheet preparation to assist Architects, Engineers and Project Managers. Performs general office duties as needed. Sorts incoming mail. Prepares shipping labels and packages. Signs for local couriers and deliveries. Monitors and maintains office supply inventory. Maintains conference room and resources schedules (through Outlook Calendar). Assists in set up and break down of conference rooms for meetings. Orders meals and refreshments for meetings in-house. Desired Skills & Experience: High School diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school is desirable. 2-5 years professional work experience in accounting, general administration or records management type roles. Excellent working knowledge of MS Office 2016 applications and related software required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Proficiency in use of the Internet, phone system, and general office equipment required. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and be comfortable working with internal and external clients. Sensitivity to detail with excellence in accuracy will be critical to job performance success. Experience with editing project specifications in Maser Spec and/or SpecsIntac software is highly desirable. Experience with processing construction submittals and requests for information is highly desirable. Experience with Newforma Project Center is highly desirable. Considerations for this position must be authorized to work for any employer within the US.
